● UAE delivery: typically 1 to 2 business days
● GCC: typically 3 to 7 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier, in line with UAE commercial practices.

We assist in resolving courier issues whenever possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of perfumes, body care and cosmetic products:

● Opened, used or unsealed items cannot be returned
● Unopened items may be returned within 7 days after approval from customer support
● Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photo proof

Allergies and Sensitivities

Ingredients are listed on each product.
Customers with sensitive skin or allergies should patch test before use.
DCL is not responsible for reactions arising from personal sensitivities.
